He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Zeller Underhill and Walter Underhill; and his cousin Steve Bolesky. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Tur Slauenwhite and Beverly Helfert; his children, Amanda, Brandi and Stacey; and his grandchildren, Rylan, Maeve and Millie.
