He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Judith Carole Lundquist; his children, Aaron, Ian Miller, Severn and Devon Miller; his siblings, Charlie Sorenson, Lee Sorenson, Barbara Sorenson and Marilyn Begle; his mother Winifred Sorenson (Smith); his stepfather Max Sorenson; and his siblings, Lynn Sorenson and Jan Hendrix. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In honor of his legacy and in lieu of flowers, David's family would like memorial contributions directed to the American Lung Association.
