He was predeceased by: his father Harley Irvin; and his siblings, Harold Irvin (Beth Ann) and Lynda Irvin Cantrel (Leroy). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his sister Yvonne Irvin Schirmer (Deke); his children, Benjamin Irvin (Alison), Katherine Cox (John), Cameron Irvin, Jeffrey Hoppman and Jennifer Acklen (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Avery Cox (Grace), Eli Cox, Ellie Cox, Madelaine Irvin, Erin Acklen and Edith Irvin.
