He was predeceased by: his parents, Nova William and Georgia May Cuthbertson Tucker; his former wife Betty Burke Tucker; his son David Burke Tucker; his brother Paul Tucker; and his daughter-in-law Lori Witt Tucker.

He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Tucker of Lexington; his children, Tim Tucker of Fort Worth, TX and Christina Stolper (Charles) of Austin, TX; and his brother John Tucker of Santa Fe, NM. He is also survived by four grandchildren, one great grandchild, nieces and nephews.
