It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darren Lee McCracken of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Paris, Kentucky, who passed away on August 5, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise Mathes and Sharon Lee McCracken; and his grandparents, Walter, Catherine Mathes, Bob McCracken and Marjorie Hatton.

He is survived by: his sons, Brandon Stivers and Brent Mathes (Jessica); his grandchildren, Isabel Mathes and Walter Mathes; and his sisters, Suzette Wolfenbarger (David), Michele White, Melissa Hunt and Tammy McCracken. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
