He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Joseph "Jay" and Margaret Gaines Harp. He is survived by: his siblings, Meagan Harp (Jennifer) of Lexington, Roland Joseph "Joe" Harp, Jr. (Donna) of Winchester and Stanley Simmons "Sim" Harp (Deborah) of Georgetown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
