With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dan Calkins of Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on March 23, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his mother Joan Calkins; his wife Joni; his children, Jay Calkins (Amy) of Lexington, Natalie Schuler (Nick) of Lexington and Danielle Keach (J. K.) of Columbus, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Theodora Calkins, Colton, Rhett Schuler, Kessler and Lucy Keach; and his siblings, Terry Calkins (Julie), Michelle Wren (Ricky), Linda Alspaugh (Steve) and Kathleen Simpson (Tim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
