He was predeceased by: his father Earl Clark Watkins; his grandparents, Lindsey and Louise Charles; and his brother-in-law Robert "Bob" Conley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Dianne Watkins; his mother Peggy Joyce Watkins; his daughters, Felicia Mae Watkins and Macie Briana Watkins; his grandchildren, Parker Dale Thomas and Ellie Rose Robinson; and his sisters, Debra Shealy (Tony) and Jeanne Conley. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
