He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Napier and Sarah Lois Napier; his wife Debbie; his children, Stephen (Megan), Shane and Cassidy; his sister Linda Napier; his child Jax; his mother-in-law Joanna Isaac; his sister-in-law Deanna Dove Isaac of Florida; his uncles, Delbert Eversole, W. S. Napier of Krypton, KY and Alex Eversole (Golda) of Lexington, KY; and his aunt Wanda Campbell of Hazard, KY. He was also cherished by cousins and loving family members and friends.
