He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Joyce Bartlett; his children, Heidi Ann Buchanan (Robert) of Lexington, KY, Holly Sue Harrod of Lawrenceburg, KY and Benjamin Matthew Bartlett of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Brittany Nicole Summers (Isaac), Dillon Christopher Harrod, Connor Brice Milslagle and Caitlyn Joyce Gossum (Coy); his great grandchildren, Kyler Bryson Summers, Jaxon Tate Summers and Karter; his brother Richard Lee Bartlett (Barbara); and his nephews, Michael Forrest Bartlett (Brenda) and Mark Andrew Bartlett.
