He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Maggard and Lillie Maggard. He is survived by: his wife Caroline M. Maggard; his daughters, Carey Briscoe (Brandon) and Christy Kratzenberg (Jake); his brother Johnny Maggard; and his grandchildren, Emily, Lillie, Reese and Lucas.
