He is survived by: his wife Sandra Workman Planck; his children, Valerie Lebanion (Brian) of Corbin, Angela Crutcher (John) of Lexington and Cliff Planck (Lora) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Laura Browning (Chris), Jacob, Brandon, Chris, Jon, Nick Lebanion, Jessica Mobley (Alex), Brittany, James, Leeanna Crutcher, McKayla McAtee, Madison Kelley, Olivia and Melanie Planck; his great grandchildren, Peregrine, Kestriel, Heron and Oliver; his pet Chewie; and his sister Barbara Planck Kissinger of Morehead. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
