She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Phillips and Lassie Fletcher Phillips; and her sister Christine Reynolds. She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Smock (Daniel) of Indianapolis, IN and Tracy Richardson (Tim) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Will Richardson of Tampa, FL and Olivia Richardson of Tampa, FL; and her sisters, Madeline Hamilton of Louisville, Barbara Holt of Taylor, MI and Florrine Ratliff of Inwood, WV. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
