We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Claudine Phillips of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Kimper, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Phillips and Lassie Fletcher Phillips; and her sister Christine Reynolds. She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Smock (Daniel) of Indianapolis, IN and Tracy Richardson (Tim) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Will Richardson of Tampa, FL and Olivia Richardson of Tampa, FL; and her sisters, Madeline Hamilton of Louisville, Barbara Holt of Taylor, MI and Florrine Ratliff of Inwood, WV. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to Best Friends Adult Day Center, 5220 Grey Oak Lane, Nicholasville, KY 40356.
