With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christopher Allen Abner in Lexington, Kentucky, born in Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on December 21, 2022 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Kirkpatrick Abner Morgan. He is survived by: his father Hancel B. Abner; his daughter Alyssa M. Abner; his stepmother Rebecca C. Abner; his siblings, Thomas R. Morgan Jr. and Teresa L. Roberts; his stepbrother Hancel A. Abner (Rebecca J.); his nieces, Courtney R. Roberts, Cassandra P. Smith (Kody), Sarah J. Morgan and Zoie N. Abner; his nephew Justin I. Abner (Melissa); and his great-nephew Ian Booth. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in honor of Christopher Abner to Hospice of Bluegrass, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, or the Wounded Warriors Project.
