It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Lynn Lewis (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away on December 8, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Halsey (Codge) and Freida Halsey; and her brother Carroll Halsey, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Michael Lewis; her son Addam Lewis (Anna); her sister Christina Forren (Christopher); her grandchildren, Aubrey, Alexander and Amelia Lewis; her nephew Jerami Halsey (Samantha); and her nieces, April Halsey, Ashton Halsey, Sabrinah Nichols and Gabriahna Forren.
