She was predeceased by: her husband Allen H. Rodes; her brother George Jr.; and her parents, George Sr. Caywood and Sadie Clark Caywood. She is survived by: her sons, Will (Vivian) and Charlie (Molly); her grandchildren, Patrick (Megan), Emily Spencer (Dylan), Mary Ford McGlaun (Patrick), Jack, Steven and Murphy; and her brother David Caywood (Millie).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Shepherd's House are appreciated, a charity close to Charlotte and Allen's hearts.
