He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Jr. McKenna and Helen McKenna (Cloud); and his siblings, Harry McKenna and Helen Hutson. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his sons, Charles "Chuck" L. McKenna, IV (Dianne), Richard McKenna (Jennifer) and Timothy McKenna (Celia); his grandchildren, Sean McKenna (Diantha), Chad McKenna (Brittany), Leeann Spivey (Jay), Katie Dillion (Bradley), Alex McKenna, Joseph McKenna, Emily McKenna and Rachel McKenna; his great grandchildren, Greenlee, Savannah, Harper, Liam, Maggie, Charlotte, Hattie Grace and Adaline; and his siblings, Louis McKenna and Mary Jo McCormick.

Mask usage will be observed during these services.In honor of his legacy, memorial contributions may be directed to Thomson-Hood Veteran's Center in Wilmore, Kentucky.
