He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Sibley and Elsie Sibley (Filander); his siblings, John Sibley, Tommy Sibley and Elsie Barden; his sons, Wayne Sibley and Kevin Sibley; and his granddaughter Donna Marie Sibley.
He is survived by: his wife Harriett Evelyn Sibley (Davis); his sister Cathy Simmons; and his daughters, Cheryl Ann Hicks, Melanie Adair (Tim), Marcella Johnson and Wanda Fisher (Steve). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to Clays Mill Baptist Church, where he was a member.
