He is survived by: his wife Belinda; his son Patrick Lee Portwood of Lexington, KY; his granddaughter Hailey Rose Portwood; and his siblings, Donald Portwood (Michele) of Lexington, KY and Marie Portwood of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
