With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Cook of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Salem, Ohio, who passed away on November 29, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Bernard and Elizabeth Emeline Cook (Call). He is survived by: his sisters, Joyce Elaine Conser of Salem and Kathy Cook Brenner (Tom) of Lexington, KY; his stepchildren, Sarah Sims-Orlove (Brian) of The Villages, FL and Scott Creighton of Highland Beach, FL; his niece Debra Stamp (Gary) of Salem; and his nephew Ray Conser (Lori) of Lisbon. He is also survived by two step-granddaughters and two step-grandsons.
