“It is with great sadness I say goodbye to Cecil. Cecil and Judy were great friends to me in the mid to late 70s & continued to be friends thereafter. My condolences to Judy, Patrick, Michael, Geoffrey & their spouses and children. Cecil was a pillar of the Lexington community as an attorney, as a judge and, in recent years, with community service to agencies: he was active in Habitat For Humanity but most active when he ran the Hope Center. Blessings to Cecil and to all of the family. Mary Diane”
