He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Innes and Cecil D. Bell, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Kay Shropshire Bell; his children, Ann Bell Stone (Mac) and John Cecil Bell (Melissa); his grandchildren, Lucy C. Bell, J. Coulter Bell and Wyatt T. Bell; his sister Julianne Bell Bloomfield; and his nephews, Philip J. Bloomfield and Joshua C. Bloomfield.
