He is survived by: his parents, Gabrielle Smith and Carwell Gardner; his siblings, Callahan Mae and Xavier Kye; his grandparents, Judy Webb Lowry, Bo, Tara Smith, Carwell Gardner, Rhonda Baldwin and Diane Smith; his cousins, Caroline Smith, Betsy, TJ Mangione, Zoey Montgomery, Tayman, Ashley Hayes, Adalee, Lennox Hayes, Trystan Hayes (Brenna), Teagan Hayes, Taylan Hayes and Lauren Mathieu; and his great-grandparents, Judy, Dale Anderson and Maxine Gardner (Oscar McGee). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Cassius "Cash" Gardner's memory to the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) Fund at Baptist Health Foundation Lexington.
