She was predeceased by: her mother Patsy Casteel Burkhart; her stepfather Lonnie Ray Burkhart, Sr.; and her father Frank Humphrey. She is survived by: her children, Nina Sizemore and Kristopher Huff; her grandchildren, Emily Hurst and Trey Sizemore; her boyfriend John Henson; and her siblings, Linda Hall (Ronnie), Mike Humphrey and Frank Humphrey (Kim).

As per mandates set by the Governor of Kentucky, everyone attending is required to wear some type of face covering and practice social distancing.
