She is survived by: her children, Robert Nelson Thacker Jr. (Sondra), Charlotte Thacker, Denise Watkins, Carrie Blackburn and Chantelle Shelton Fugate (Chris); and her siblings, Deborah Fisher (Wayne), Matthew, William Barber and Lowell Givens. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and a loving extended family.
