She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Pawlik and Marguerite Pawlik; and her brother Richard Pawlik. She is survived by: her significant other Richard Kielar, MD; her daughter Laura Reynolds (Rick) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Caroline Kielar (Evan Kennedy) of Concord, Massachusetts, Andrew Kielar of Concord, Massachusetts and John Kielar of Concord, Massachusetts; her children, Ricky Reynolds II of Lexington, Kentucky, Howard Ball of Lexington and Jed Ball of Mexico City, Mexico; and her nephews, Mark Pawlik (Nichole) of Frisco and Michael Pawlik (Amy) of Allen, Texas..
