She is survived by: her parent Neva Black Staples; her sisters, Phyllis Black Wesley of Bethelridge, KY and Connie Black Wesley of Science Hill, KY.; her nieces, Susan Wesley McClure (Thomas McClure) of Madisonville, KY, Sharron Wesley Porter (Joseph H. Porter III) of Lexington, KY and Courtney Wesley Ikerd (Frank H. Ikerd IV) of Somerset, KY; her great-nieces, Ashton Ikerd, Emily McClure Miller (Troy), Joe McClure, Will McClure and Zachary Porter; her stepfather Allen Staples of Jeffersonville, IN; her friend Bobbie Lethco of Raleigh, NC; and her pet Issie.
