She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Chandler and Ruth Proffitt Chandler; and her siblings, Harley Chandler, Jr., John Chandler, Mary Ann McGeechey and David Chandler.

She is survived by: her husband Dennis Gibson; her children, Yvonne Kerr (Paul) of Germantown, KY and Michael Gibson (Amber) of Foster, KY.; her grandchildren, Stephen Gibson, Madeline Bowling, Natalie Bowling and Mason Bowling; and her siblings, Bud Brown, Ruth Ann Jackson, Libby Colemire, Janet Lee, James Chandler and Joe Chandler.
