She is survived by: her sons, John Azzarito (Kimberly), Heath Hedgespeth (Sheryl) and Brad Hedgespeth (Ashley Atteberry); her grandchildren, Katie Redmon, Zachary Azzarito, Gabby Azzarito, Jessica Sadler (Keith), Madison Hedgespeth and Caiden Hedgespeth; and her siblings, Becky Brooks, Kevin and Kenneth Proctor.
