He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Arthur Penske and Ethel Losey Bierbach. He is survived by: his daughter Jill Penske; his grandson Timothy (Elizabeth); his great grandchild Sebastian; his son Andrew Penske (Susan); his grandchildren, Tera and Charles; and his brother Richard Penske (Pat). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
