Karen Mullins wrote a sympathy message

“So sorry to hear about Brittany. She and my daughter were friends from early childhood at daycare. I can still hear the sound of her husky voice talking about her Meemaw and Papaw. She and Heather called each other Bert and Ernie and they loved each other like crazy.. In their adolescence they adopted a Cockney accent and would giggle for hours. I never dreamed we would see this day back then. Hugs and prayers for your family.”
