She is survived by: her children, Keith Mulligan of Nicholasville, KY, Rebecca Mulligan of Nicholasville, KY and Mark Mulligan (Maryann) of Georgetown, KY; her grandchildren, Mark Mulligan, II and Megan King; her sister Debra McKinney (William "Butch"); her nieces, Dana McKinney Seale (Gene) of Richmond, KY and Bonnie Guy (Bobbie); her nephew William McKinney, Jr. of Richmond, KY; her great-nephews, Landon Seale and Maverick McKinney; her sister-in-law Helen Mulligan; and her friend Janice Cook. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
Brenda's wish was for no flowers for her service.
