She was predeceased by: her husband John "Bruce" Ledford; her parents, Cordia Britton Brown Jones and Thomas Harold Brown; her stepfather Henry Harold Jones; and her sister Marilyn Kissel (John Bruce Ledford).
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Mary Helen Casey (Larry); her nieces and nephews, John Bruce Ledford II (Cheryl), Leigh Ann Collins (William), Stephen Ledford (Lora) and Malinda "Winnie" Haungs Ledford; her grandchildren, Eric Ledford (Taylor), Anna, Rachel, Leah, Grayson, Sarah, Mary Grace Collins, Jessica Lopez (Daniel), Cassidy Haungs, Sophia and Andrew Ledford; and her great grandchildren, Asher, Evy, Bentley Ledford, Aris and Leo Lopez.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Hospice of the Bluegrass or the Holy Spirit Parish Newman Center in memory of Brenda.
