She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward H. Parkinson and Grace Parkinson; her husband Jim Rice of Ashland; and her siblings, Donald L. Parkinson, Carma Rae Kearl and Colleen Denton.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Lynch (Bryan) of Lexington, Kentucky and Charles David Rice of Boise, Idaho; her grandchildren, Diana Wood (Wade), Robbie Lynch (Chelsea) and Barrett Rice; her great grandchildren, Johnathan Pollard, Brighton David Thibault and Tristan Thibault; and her siblings, Garry Parkinson (Mary Jean) of Rexburg and Beth Washburn (Tom) of Grace, Idaho..
