She was predeceased by: her parents, John Willis and Annie B. Willis (Miller); her husband Charles E. Chandler; her siblings, Emma (Lewis), Hester Willis, Louise (Smith) and John William Willis; and her children, William Lester Hawkins, Denise Chandler, Edna Turpin and Wanda Hawkins.
She is survived by: her children, Jennie Mae Coulter (Wayne), Jennifer Chandler, Charlisa Haywood (Christopher), Clarence Chandler (Emma), Steve Ellis Willis (Regina), Eugene Chandler (Donna) and Carlos Chandler; and her sister-in-law Hattie Willis. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, ten great, great-grandchildren.
