She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Wallace Newton and Violet Lyle Clemmons Newton of Shelbyville, KY; her husband Charles Lowell Cook; and her brothers, John Wesley Newton (Nell), Marvin "Sonny" Wallace Newton Jr. and Adrial Carlos "Icky" Newton.
She is survived by: her sister Ann Eloise Newton Porter (Wyman) of Shelbyville, KY; her children, John Howard Webb (Lynn), Janet Webb Birch (Michael A.) and Richard Alan Webb; her grandchildren, Jason Matthew Webb (Michelle), Daniel Justin Webb (Clare), Lauren Jennifer Webb Scheiderer (Daric), Xavier Johan Webb (Andrea) and Allison Jane Hanna; her great grandchild Genevieve Rous; her grandson William James Hanna (Nisa); her great grandchildren, Evan Daniel Webb, Charles Thomas Webb and Grayson Elliot Webb; her close friend Kenneth Williams; and her son-in-law Jim Hanna.
