He is survived by: his daughter Tonia Howell (Rob) of Cynthiana; his mother Mary Mae George Roy; his siblings, Eugene Roy of Paris, Roger Roy (Billie Jean) of Richmond, Ricky Roy of Lexington and Sandy Conn (Billy) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Robee Maria Howell and Danielle Filer; and his nieces and nephews, Shawn Roy (Cassie) of Berea, Samantha Brown (Justin) of Paris, Brittany Conn of New York and Tiffany Conn of Winchester. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
