He was predeceased by: his former wife Elva Lea Sams Hall. He is survived by: his children, Billie Jo Setzer (Brett), Yvonne Hall, Cristie AuBuchon (Alan) and Dwayne Hall (Marsha); his sister Minda Shaw of Hillsboro, OH; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Hayes, Alex, Peyton, Laurel, Brooks and Savannah Setzer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bluegrass Hospice Care.
