With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie S. Lee of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Miami, Florida, who passed away on October 31, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles F. Lee; her parents, Cecil Simmons and Henrietta "Mud" Luxon Simmons; her children, David C. Lee and Annille Owens; and her siblings, Cecil "Bubs" Simmons, Jr., Annetta Shadoan and Cecille Willoughby.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Burton (George) of Melbourne, FL, Gary Lee (Glenda Woody) of Frankfort, Vickie Easterling of Versailles, Barbara Bayes (Leonard) of South Shore, KY and Debbie Mattox of Versailles; and her sister-in-law Mary Lois Simmons. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
