She is survived by: her sons, Donald Ramsey of Panama City and David Ramsey of Pennington Gap, Virginia.; and her siblings, Larry, Jay Horner, Barb Horner Edens, Linda Horner Arnette, Judy Horner Carter and Teresa Horner Wells.
