It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Jean Manning of Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on April 21, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Burney Warren and Doris Bennett Manning; and her siblings, James David Manning and Linda Susan Manning. She is survived by: her siblings, Elaine Hangis, Libby Elks, Burney Lee Manning, Tim Manning and Marc Manning. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews as well as many friends.

She was a retired executive with IBM and after IBM retirement worked at Lake Cumberland Resort and for the Chandler Foundation.
