We bid farewell to Bill C. Hurt of Lexington, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 2, 2024 at the age of 86. Bill touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by : his parents, James M. Hurt and Ena Mae Hurt; his brother Donald Hurt; and his son-in-law Arnold Kirkpatrick. He is survived by : his wife Ann Hurt; his children, William C. Hurt Jr. (Susan) and Julia Hurt Kirkpatrick; his grandchildren, William Chenault Hurt and Anne Kathryn Hurt; and his sister-in-law Pamela Hurt.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Milward Funeral Directors, Inc. (159 N Broadway, Lexington, KY 40507). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 7th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.

Memorials are suggested to the Bill C. Hurt Leadership Award, in care of Henry Clay High School, 2100 Fontaine Road, Lexington, Kentucky, 40502.
