She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Swanson and Nancy Swanson; her husband Gene Fairchild; her siblings, Howard Swanson and Ida Neal (Swanson); and her grandparents, John and Mary Lou Gilbert.
She is survived by: her sister Katherine Quinn (Swanson) of Calhoun; and her children, Vicki Dumas (Joe) of Athens, AL, Nancy Walker (Jim) of Largo, FL, Jeanie Lemaster (Scott) of Nicholasville, KY and James Fairchild (Cynthia) of Fleming Island, FL. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and many cherished nieces and nephews.
