With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Nicholson of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Cynthiana, Kentucky. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John E. Nicholson; and her parents, George McNees and Rose Slade McNees. She is survived by: her children, John Nicholson, Jr. (Sylvia) of Versailles and Pamela Camuel of Lexington; her grandchildren, Mike Camuel, Brian Camuel (Katie Blackaby), Kim Cook (Phillip) and Stephanie Terry; and her great grandchildren, Lane, Landon Terry, Matthew and Lilly Cook.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142.
