It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Parke Cavanaugh (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away on October 19, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Parke and Nora Blount Parke; and her brother Roy Parke. She is survived by: her children, Tina Cavanaugh Stewart and Dwayne Parke Cavanaugh; her grandchildren, Jordan, Dillon Stewart and Clay Cavanaugh; and her great grandchildren, Jaxson, Vivianne, Penelope and Rocco Stewart.
