She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Ethington and Adell Ethington; and her son Jacky Creech. She is survived by: her children, Betty Jo Workman (Donald), Richard Creech (Sue) and Elvin Creech, Jr. (Sharon). She is also survived by 7 grandkids.
