She was predeceased by: her parents, Morton E. Brown and Helen Bradley Brown; and her sister Ruth Oatley. She is survived by: her son Howell Emory Weaver III; her daughter-in-law Vickie of Lexington, KY; her daughter Suzanne Brown; her son-in-law Robert of Nancy, KY; her granddaughter Elizabeth Grace Brown of Nancy, KY; and her brothers, John Brown (Barb) of Indiana and David Brown (Annie) of Northern, KY. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to a charity of one's choice in Bette's memory.
