She was predeceased by: her parents, Newell Ray and Lenora Waddington. She is survived by: her husband Richard Parker (Dick); her sons, Geoffrey Dedic (Gail), Christopher Dedic (Rhonda) and Kenneth Dedic (Laura); her grandchildren, Stormy, Raven, Breanna, Skye, Natalie, Parker and Tyler; and her sister Barbara Bowers (Bruce).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Milward Funeral Directors (391 Southland Dr, Lexington, KY 40503). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Throughout her career, BJ made significant contributions to her field, including serving on the American Society for Testing and Materials Committee for Textiles and Clothing.
