She was predeceased by: her husband Robert L. Hoover; her father Walter Young; and her sisters, Thelma Isbell, Mildred Patterson, Pauline Brown, Ruby Edwards and Helen Isbell.

She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Lee Peace; her grandsons, Robert and Jay Peace; and her great grandchildren, Amber, Hunter, Hank and Walter Peace. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
