He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Frizzell and Mary Didlake Frizzell; and his siblings, Ralph of Crystal Springs and Hazel Sanford of Yazoo City. He is survived by: his wife Alice Corine Thornberry; his children, Bryan Keith (Paula) of Lexington, KY and Beverly Kaye Kimbrough of Lexington; his pet Ollie; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Thornberry Pace, Tom Pace of La Molina, Lima and Peru.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sayre Christian Village, 3775 Belleau Wood Drive, Lexington, KY 40517 in memory of Bennie F. Frizzell.
